In recent months we've had issues with transaction delay from POS to EFTPOS causing us to shut down the app and start again (1-2mins of awkward customer time waiting). Its progressively become more prevalent so yesterday I tried to resolve with the usual suspects:
Updated iPad, uninstalled POS app and reinstalled.
Now the POS app is crashing constantly today. When I hit the app a white screen flashes up then the app shuts down. To fix it we have to restart the ipad for EVERY customers. The app opens and we can process the transaction but when the next customer comes it crashes again.
Any ideas?
