We created an Order and added few products n the Order. Now, at the time of creating the RMA from the AddRMA API, price of the product is showing different than the Order.

 

below is the screenshot of an order "IPL15790" 

 

Now, when we created the RMA using the addRma API and also linked the orderID as IPL15790 the discount/tax are not there in the RMA and the unit price is also not same as there in the order section . see below screenshot:

You'll have to post the full AddRma request you are making so we can see where the problem might be, and also screencap the order lines.

 

RMA lines don't necessarily have to have the same unit price as the original order - that's why they can be specified in the AddRma request. If you're expecting Neto to just grab the lines from the linked order automatically, that might be the source of the problem.

 

The tax calculation is definitely weird. That could be a problem in the AddRma call, or it could be an internal bug in Neto. The quantity "5 of 0" is a potential problem, Neto doesn't like returning more of a product than you sold. Setup a new, clean test case and post a full screenshot of the order and RMA, as well as the AddRma call.
