So regarding my question about bulk emailing customers based on their order - from the CPANEL - here's a couple examples:
- 30 customers have made a purchase of a product that's being discontinued - and we want to bulk email them suggestions to resolve the issue.
- 45 customer orders have been processed, and we want to send them another specific thank you email, with the link to their tracking.
