I have a special coupon code customers can apply for free shipping, but it is a one use only code per customer. Sometimes NETO applies it to an order showing a discount, but once the customer enters cc details and pays, NETO realises customer has already used this coupon and charges correct full amount.
Customers experiencing this issue are getting really angry they are shown a discounted price, then once they click pay and cannot go back, NETO charges them full amount. Some customers try to double dip, but others just do it not realising they've used code on past order.
