We need to share some critical updates about upcoming compliance changes that will affect all toll-free verification processes. Please read this carefully to understand the requirements and timeline.

 

🆕 What’s Changing

New industry compliance guidelines will soon require Business Registration Numbers (BRNs) for toll-free verification. This isn’t optional - it’s a regulatory requirement that’s rolling out across the entire industry by January 2026.

📅 Key Dates

• September 30, 2025 - Option for submitting BRNs is available, optionally (transition period starts).
• January 2026 - BRNs become MANDATORY for all new submissions.
