Use Case 1:
I have a list/segment of 300,000 users and I want to initiate a warm-up process starting with just 100 emails, gradually increasing the volume each day while excluding recipients from the previous day’s send.
Use Case 2:
I have a segment of 100,000 recent openers and I want to send to 10,000 users on Day 1, 15,000 on Day 2 (excluding Day 1), and continue this process by incrementally increasing volume while avoiding resends.
Current Process:
To achieve this today, we need to export the list or segment, manually add indexing to the file, and then re-upload it to create new segments based on index ranges. This process is time-consuming and inefficient.
Feature Request:
Option 1:
Introduce a send limit feature at the campaign creation stage. This would allow us to define the number of recipients (e.g., 10,000) to randomly receive the email from a larger list or segment. On subsequent days, we can exclude the previously sent users using a sent segment,no exporting or manual indexing required.
Option 2:
Implement a system-managed indexing mechanism for each list or segment. Maropost would automatically assign a unique index variable to each contact, enabling users to easily create range-based segments without needing to export, edit, and re-import data.
These improvements would significantly streamline the warm-up process and benefit all clients needing controlled volume-based sending
