Currently it is not possible to change how the product array appears in abandoned cart emails. It would be useful to be able to set max image heights / change text colour / add the missing zero to the price / hide the price / change link colour. This could be done directly in the editor, or you could create / edit your own custom array and insert with a custom merge tag, for example.
