When pricing is set to integrate with Shopify, if there are promotional prices set in Neto, it is just the promo price that shows on shopify as the retail price. There is no evidence that it is a discounted price. What Neto should do is pass the RRP to the Compare at Price in Shopify and then pass the current retail price (whether that is normal retail or promotional price) to the Price field in Shopify so the discount can be seen in shopify. If this does not change, it means the integration is sub-standard as you now need to go and manage pricing in two systems, which largely defeats the purpose of integration. Happy to hear if there is another way to do it automatically out of Neto without having to manage 2 price books
