When processing a new order which is for stock not available, there is no button to go to Approved Backorder.
First you need to click the hold button, wait for a refresh, then the click the Backorder button, wait for a refresh, then click the the Backorder Approved button.
Would be great to be able to go straight to Backorder Approved
