The kitting module does not currently support multiple warehouse locations, as there is no way to see which warehouse location the kit's components are in. It's no good showing a kit as available in Melbourne if one of it's components is in a Brisbane location for eg. We should simply be able to use [% item_kitting preview:'y' %] to get all kit components regardless of status.
