A config that would allow you to use carton breakdown for both rates calculation and consignment breakdown, even when 'spilt for warehouse picking' is enabled.
Currently if a kitted item has 'Split for warehouse picking' enabled then this is used for the consignment break down. This introduces the problem that you cannot use the consolidated pick slip and carton breakdown for consigning.
