Does the sales by SKU report only include completed sales or does this report include sales that are in "new", "pending pickup", pick and pack status also?
I don't have a definitive list of the statuses included but my testing shows Pick is included so I'd assume the others are too. That's how almost all the reports in Neto work. However if you're filtering by Date Invoiced then it will need to be an invoiced order to appear in the report.
Just be careful, Neto probably includes cancelled orders as well. They have awful support for cancelled orders.

I'm not sure this is correct. We have orders in "New" status, however the sales of this product are not appearing on the sales by SKU report?? It would be useful if Neto was able to provide a list of the status included in this report as they are not listed in the filters... Think I will raise a support case..
It's hard to know without testing every combination. It's also possible the "approved" status has an effect. See if Support can give you more information.
