Please could you look at integrating Transdirect as a shipping integration. This would be a gamechanger for you guys as transdirect offer all shipping options at a very competitive rate.
This way you can give your customers what they need.
At the moment you provide sendle. We have found these to be very unsupportive, losing freight, you can not track your item without going through sendle, You do not know who your carrier is. There is no direct contact details. With transdirect you can call if you have an issue, and talk to a real person who will provide you with all the details you need, instead of waiting over 24hrs for a reply. Transdirect give an API to every customer to use on their own site to allow shipping to be integrated easily.
Sendle will be costing Neto sales because of their customer service. Price is not everything.
Please advise if this will be done.
With Transdirect you have insurance automatically with no extra cost. Sendle just brought this in with an extra charge even though the courier companies provide up to $1000 free of charge.
