I believe it would be great if NETO wold create a new user account using the email address entered when emailing a receipt to a customer at the end of a POS transaction. The customer would then have an account with us and would be able to view their purchase via the webstore. This would help for warranty issues also.
We only need the email address and then as the customer develops their relationship with a retailer, they can increase the amount of details they put on their profile.
This would be much more efficient than creating a profile at the beginning of each transaction which is on a separate page and requires Fname, Lname, email.
