Speed, speed, speed - Make Neto Faster

Nearly 1000 ideas and not one mentions making Neto loading front-end webpages faster.

Time to First Byte (TTFB) on Neto powered sites is painfully slow - should this task get enough votes; Neto please look into optimisations.

Slow sites have been proven, time and time again, to lower conversion results. Google also use site speed as a ranking factor which could give non-Neto businesses a competitive advantage if their site loads quicker.

We agree, site speed is a huge issue. Neto has just announced an improvement to site speed by allowing webP images to be used. However it turns out only product images can be uploaded in the webP format. What's needed to improve loading front-end pages is allowing webP image format for Advertising Campaigns. This is where it really counts - it affects load time of the home and category pages. Anything else they can do to improve site speed would help.

Our site has been painfully slow the past couple of weeks and is getting increasingly worse by the day. I can't help but think due to increased traffic across the board, that Maropost servers aren't coping. This is affecting front and back-end of our site.
