As I'm fairly new to neto, I find it difficult to track what my customers are actually receiving in the way of emails. I can do the testing myself as a dummy customer, but that is very time consuming trying to go through all the different scenarios. It would be so helpful to be able to see a history log of all email contact to each particular customer. For example, I created a new order for a customer the other day, got distracted, then couldn't remember if I had emailed them the invoice. Also, when you are making changes to templates it would be nice to see what has been sent to the customer, just to make sure all looks as it should. Yes I could bcc myself, but then I'm getting hundreds of emails everyday. Before Neto I used Xero to do my invoicing, and they have a small area to see exactly this. I really can't see this would be too hard or take up any resources.
