eBay Condition Decription Field - Neto eBay API Integration

Any Neto sellers that sell new, never used, used, seller refurbished or manufacturer refurbished etc items on eBay need to be able to add an eBay Condition Decription. A Condition Description is a 1000 character text field where you can describe in detail the condition of the item for sale. The ConditionDescription field is used in Add/Revise/Relist calls in the eBay API. This field helps buyers more quickly find and understand an item's condition and helps to reduce disputes, as many buyers miss item condition comments that are buried deep in the seller's item description. We mostly sell used items on eBay and we need to be able provide a Condition Description on eBay via Neto so our customers understand what they are buying. Any Neto user that sells items on eBay with condition names that are not "Brand New" needs this functionality. Neto sellers that list items on eBay that are not "brand new" can appropriately describe the condition of the item to their eBay customers in the way that eBay indented.
