what happens to the points a customer has earned following a purchase, as part of the reward program, after he returned the product and RMA is complete, product has been returned ? does the customer lose the points or keep the points?
As far as I know, RMA's don't reverse the reward points. My suggestion is to go back and edit the original invoice to remove the points. Or if you are creating a new order from the RMA, just zero out the reward points.
If reward points are only a small portion of the sale (typically 1%) you could also just let the customer keep them. Depends on the values you're dealing with.
