As per the title. I login to check my support case and it's gone. Not closed, gone, the closed cases are still there?
Are you going to the "Cases" menu above? That's completely broken, has been since it was released. Don't use it, just email Neto support directly. This community is driven by Salesforce which is unfortunately quite terrible.
@Curtis Perri? any luck removing/hiding the Cases menu from the community?
We're actually working on improvements to the support hub, and the Cases view is on the list of components to fix.
You might already have noticed a few minor improvements to the styling, and some issues which were fixed. For example, forum posts show the number of views and replies again ?
I'll share more once we've got a prioritised list, but for me this is very exciting.
I found some info the other day that might explain why a case disappeared. It's an issue that we're aware of and trying to fix, but it happens when a case is escalated as a bug and attached to the internal bug ticket. For some reason it gets hidden from the case view in the support hub. I'll let you know when I hear more about it, but for now I think support has a workaround that won't affect the cases in future.
What a joke so the ticketing system doesn't even work! No wonder tickets never get solved.

I may not have explained it clearly. It's only hidden from the case view in the support hub. The customer service team can still see it, action it, and you can still reply to their emails to update it.
