I run a Fabrication business where our sales are built to order.
I would really like to have an option simliar to a dominos pizza tracker where the customer can see where their order is going.
I would love to have an option of changing the name of the "pick, on hold, and dispatch etc" to add more options.
where the customer can see first being up after purchasing "order received thank you" by email
2nd being "order is in production line" by email
3rd "order being welded" by email
4th - "Order being powdercoated" by email
5th- "Order being dispatched with tracking number and a thank you etc" by email
and each team above has scanner to scan the order as it goes thru the workshop system. - we have nearly 100 orders a week and it makes for an extremely tiring effort with our sales staff to keep track of where it is as well to advise customers over the phone.
this would be a really beneficial system for neto.
