- The customer Instruction field is too long, and many customers populate this field with Delivery Instructions and some write very long ones, which are chopped off the shipping label. They can easily be missed when processing many orders, so important information for delivery can be missed. Why are not able to limit the characters, so please make this shorter!!
2. Why not have 2 options instead. A Delivery Instructions Field, only simple information to be filled in with limited characters, which can print on the shipping label. Then another Customer Notes field, where they can write other information not associated with the delivery/shipping label. And is not printed on the delivery label.
