Pre-Order Date Simple Automation for Neto.
During lockdown we noticed that many web store owners across the country had run out of stock and had been advertising pre-orders waiting for their incoming stock. Having to remember to go back to 1 or 2 products to remove the arrival date wouldn?t be that bad, but when you have 10 or more products with multiple child products it now becomes a bit of a full-time job having to go and remove dates and arrival messages.

Would be great if there could be a set and forget method such as:

If selecting an arrival date of let?s say January 5ththen a basicdefaultAvailability Descriptioncouldbe as follows:
Arriving early January. Pre-Order Now!
A simple date selection and pre-defined availability text could look like so:
Date selected 1st? 10thof the month -Arriving early January. Pre-Order Now!
Date selected 11th ? 20thof the month -Arriving mid-January. Pre-Order Now!
Date selected 21st? 31thof the month -Arriving late January. Pre-Order Now!

If a Neto user wants to overwrite the Availability Description, they can simply overwrite the automated test. Once the pre-selected date rolls round, then the Availability Description and Date Arrival date should automatically delete from the system showing the normal in stock status on the website frontend for clients.
This would help take this basic feature and modernise it for today?s demanding world/times and a feature that many Neto pre-order users would appreciate. The worst thing is when the Pre-Order date rolls past and the display message states otherwise and getting calls asking if the items in stock. Please automate.
