When you search for a product on the POS it currently gives you a drop down list of results rather than taking you to a page that shows all of your results (Like any other search function on any other website or program would).
For example we sell lots of different giraffe soft toys (among many other soft toys). Often a customer will want to see multiple giraffes from our range. If we search for the word giraffe, it gives us a list of them, but our only option is to select one which adds it straight to their order. If they want to see the others or add others to their order we have to continually search the word again.
I realise we can create collections, but this is just not relevant for many occasions when this sort of search is required.
I would have thought this would be a standard feature as this is how all search functions work on generally every other computer program and website I've ever used.
