We run concurrent discounts all the time, but they stack and that's not ideal.

For example, one discount code will give a 10% discount on Product X, and another will give a 5% discount off all products in the cart. At the moment, both discounts will be applied to Product X.

There is currently a switch to 'Exclude products with promotional pricing' but in this case, we don't want Product X to be discounted across the board, or even to a whole user group, just to specific customers to whom we give the code.

What we need is another switch for 'Exclude products to which another discount code applies'.
