Ebay links and HTTPS...what do I do?

I have product manuals linked in my eBay listings, however now apparently they are no longer acceptable as they are HTTP links and not HTTPS?

My manuals are stored as PDF's within the neto system. How do I make them so they are acceptable within the eBay listing?

Just replace http with https in any links, your site supports both. Using https will prevent any warnings from eBay.

The same goes for any images you are linking to.

Eg.

Bad:

http/www.mustardbikes.com.au/assets/files/MUS_FEN_APR_09_RSV4.pdf

Good:

https/www.mustardbikes.com.au/assets/files/MUS_FEN_APR_09_RSV4.pdf

Thank you for the response Erik. I did this but it seems the Neto template is linking images from Neto under HTTP and not HTTPS?

Hey @Mark de Jong? ,

Do you have HTTPS enabled on your own Neto website? If your own website isn't 'https' then your images won't be and can't be.

Neto can enable that for you just let them know, then it will work.

You can use the Bulk Editor tool on ebay, Just select all of the items that need the http changed on, Open them in the bulk editor - Select them all - In the EDIT FIELDS drop down select ITEM DESCRIPTION - then in the drop down select FIND AND REPLACE - you can then type http in the FIND section, Then type https in the REPLACE WITH area, this should solve the issue
