In a world where "Free Shipping" is becoming the norm, there is no way in Neto to see how much this is actually costing us.
Since Neto already have our shipping rates, it would be VERY beneficial if they could calculate how much each order actually costs us. And even provide the average cost-to-ship so we can assess if we're actually making a profit.
This NEEDs to be added to Neto Analytics too, as currently all the "gross profit" figures are meaningless, as it doesn't take the shipping costs into account for orders with "free shipping".
Trying to calculate our profit & loss for each product currently requires a very large and complicated spreadsheet, due to the huge difference in postage costs. I'm positive this could be better implemented into Neto, since all the raw costs are already there.
My Suggestion:
Step 1: Save actual shipping cost in order database for future use. (maybe linked to shipping consignment data?)
Step 2: Add "average" shipping cost field to Neto reports
Step 3. Enable Gross Profit reports/Analytics Studio to account for actual shipped cost.
