In Neto > Sales orders > View orders
This screen lists orders. If you hover the mouse pointer over an order, an "Order Information" panel appears. That panel displays a value labelled "eBay Sales Record ID" such as "EB21647" when the order has been placed in eBay. The numeric part correlates with eBay's own order number for this purchase.
Rather than having to hover over each line, I would like to see that value displayed either as a column in the order list, or next to the word "eBay" where that appears in the "Date Placed" column - so that when customers make enquiries about their eBay purchases and quote their eBay order number, I can easily locate the order within Neto rather than having to sign in to eBay and attempt to manually match up the customer's email address or purchased items with orders in Neto.
