A solution to allow customers to be added quickly in NETO Pos via barcode scanning.
Problem: The only way to search a customer in NETO POS is Name, Company, Phone number or email. To do so via barcode scanning would mean you have to create the barcode using one of the fields. This would not work with 3rd party (or self created) loyalty cards, or any other methods to identify customers quickly.
Proposed Solution: A simple solution would be to just add a custom field in the customer details that is searchable on the POS. An advanced feature would be to be able to scan it at any page of the POS and have it register (not just the customer page).
This would allow you to create generate loyalty card numbers that are linked to the customer and scan the barcode in. There can be many other application of this to add customers faster not just for loyalty cards.
