I see a need to have custom fields for RMA's so that extra information could be recorded against each RMA such as 'Tracking Number' and 'Helpdesk Ticket URL' for example.
We understand that we could enter such information in the Notes, but with the data in their own fields would mean we can do a lot more in terms of automation and developing systems.
- being able to add a 'Helpdesk Ticket URL' would be the biggest help, so that we could click on a link in the RMA page in Neto and go direct to the related helpdesk ticket.
