This looks and feels amazing, however the pricing is very expensive for someone like us who has a bricks and mortar store with a website and ebay store - we list every item so we have over 3000 items listed and keep some items active as we may bring them in again from China and Indonesia. So we are over the max threshold.
Rather than using a number of items listed approach with the pricing could I suggest using revenue as a guide to charging for the analytics.
Like for example there may be a client who turns over $3m with 200 products or a smaller buisness trying to gain max exposure with all their products in their store but their online revenue might only be 250k.
We are a high volume low value retailer and I think I worked it out that it was going to cost me more than my subscription for this service.
