Previously we were on Big Commerce and used Loyalis, which had a lot of great functionality but was intrusive from a user experience (too many popups). I'm currently looking at revamping our loyalty system. I've done a lot of research on best practices and best ideas and have a list of ideas to enhance the current loyalty program as an add-on. Of course it would be totes free to us dedicated Neto users 
- Social accounts linked to customer?s webstore account ? there needs to be a link between the webstore and customer?s various social media accounts to enable this functionality, otherwise you are just liking and commenting without any points being added
- Social media linkage ? customers earn points by liking, commenting on (tagging), sharing posts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, hashtag the business name, tag the business �(admin configures points values for various actions, linked hashtags etc)
- Refer a friend ? refers a friend to the website, earns points when friend signs up and makes first purchase (admin configures points values)

Additional functionality I'd like to see added to Neto's existing customer loyalty program:
- Product reviews linkage ? customers earn points by leaving product reviews, tips, recommendations (admin configures points values)
- Customers can design their own kits ? customers who design kits of products. These kits can be shared with the admin who can specify pricing and make it part of the inventory. Submitting a kit of products can earn extra points, having the custom-designed kit go on sale can earn extra points (see Sephora for example of customer-designed kits)
- Analytics would need to be built for all of the above and available via the reporting area
- Customer should be able to track their points when they log into the website
- Share points - a customer can share their points with another customer
- Special occasion points - customer automatically gets (admin defined) points on their birthday, or some other admin-defined occasion
- Ability to set points for a particular period of time (campaign based), on a particular category of pages to allow easy 'double points' or 'five times the points' promotions - and for these options to be available for particular groups of customers (tier systems)
Very more than happy to help flesh this out further with a neto developer. I am super keen to extend our customer reach, and I am pretty sure a lot of other advanced neto users would find this adds great benefits. Thanks
