We have sales people on the road that do not place orders via Neto so they are not 'users.' They send us orders and we import them to Neto. We need to be able to run the sales commission report on sales people for orders made in their territory but currently the only way to do this is to add them as a 'user.' We have reached the maximum number of users in our plan but this is enough for my staff who actually use Neto. I don't feel that we should need to upgrade to add more users, who do not actually use the software.
Please make a drop down menu where we can add Sales People or Account Managers that is reportable in the Sales Commission Report and not linked to Neto Users.
