The Order Information popup keeps appearing as we use the picking/packing list. It was annoying before as it would cover the orders below, but it could be dismissed by clicking elsewhere.
The new update has meant the popup now persists unless we click the associated orderline.
We find ourselves having to be very careful when using a laptop so we don't accidentally click the orderline and incidentally cause the popup to appear. This popup interferes in our workflow by slowing us down and covering information we actually want to see. We've never needed to see or use the information it displays so it's especially irritating that it is so easy to trigger.
A single icon that could be interacted with would be much less intrusive and could be purposefully utilised if required.
