When our buyer purchases a drop ship item - the order should automatically be sent to the drop shipper.

The Drop Shipper should be able to reply to us (the seller) via email - using specific keywords or a particular format (with details such as tracking information and whether it has been dispatched).

We can then setup our email client to forward information to a particular email address (one which would be picked up by our neto system).

Provided the email has come from a trusted email address (i.e. our own) neto can then automatically update the customer order with this information, this can then be emailed to the customer.

The whole idea is to help remove the need for manual updating of order information by the seller - allowing the process of drop shipping to be a bit less involved.
