Neto Should do a "Bug Report" that we can subscribe to to get updates about known issues. Ideally there would also be a known issues web page that is updated as the issue progresses. Workarounds could also be shared.
Some of the bugs are critical and cost users money. This could easily be avoided if we were informed.
I think it would also save a lot of time for Neto Support if users were informed instead of us all having to call up and problem solve individually.
