Neto POS needs the ability to show available stock of kitted products. Not having this features means that for any product that consists of multiple parts can not be easily identified as being available without having to log-in to the control panel or physically checking stock. This is not an example of great customer service for a customer willing to immediately make their purchase if POS users have to 'check with the warehouse' for stock, open up the control panel (Not available for all sales assistants) or leave the showroom floor to physically check stock. Available stock for kitted products can be easily seen in the control panel when processing an order so I would question why the POS doesn't have the same functionality. Not everyone has access to the control panel within the business but everyone should be armed with the same information regardless of platform.
