The idea is that when you send a P.O so that the system acknowledges that the stock has been ordered. However if there is a change in price from supplier which is common in the current climate you can edit the pricing or qty of the P.O via a CSV upload or similar. Yes you could cancel and create a new one but then there would be as many cancelled p.os as sent which would make thing harder to manage.
