As a CRM manager, I want to run some automation journey when a consumer is unsubscribing on some list.
- this allows to change some scoring
- this allows to inform some internal stakeholders
- this allows to change some fields or push some behavior by API.
While today, the trigger "New Subscription" exists, the "List Unsubscription" does not (Yet
)
Today, the painful process consists of using a combo of a trigger "Subscription Changed", followed by a filter "Yes/No", that requires as well to create an additional segment, that will overload the segment list etc...
a simple solution would be as simple as creating a new trigger "List unsubscription"
