Campaign in new U/I is cumbersome

The setting up of a campaign in the new UI is cumbersome, especially for quick tests. Currently you have to go through each step to get the the end where you can test the email. Can you move Spam check to after the testing is complete?

And you need to go all the steps back again to exchange your test list with your live list. And then back again to the scheduling part.
It was much easier in the old UI.
