- Having unrelated features won’t give us much usage either. So we should find out what can we deliver as a functionality.

- Create a very fine UI with latest guidelines. While creating prototypes, mobile team must be involved since there is a broad difference between web and mobile design. It has been observed earlier that designers usually design as per web and later have to make many changes since that does not fit mobile. A lot of time consuming process.
