Request for some updates and changes in our Admin Portal to assist us in our process of getting the correct and accurate email delivery stats.
Since we have been compiling this data every week, we have noticed that the data could be represented in a much more accurate manner given the below mentioned updates are implemented in the Admin Portal.
The 2 features mentioned below are the ones where we would require the changes to be implemented:
- Aggregated Reports
- Delivery Reports
AGGREGATED ISP REPORTS:
This feature, as of now, is only available in the APP Admin Portal. The feature enables a user to download an aggregated report of any account.
The enhancements that we would need in this feature are:
Data Range - The feature already has a “Days” filter. We would like a “Date Range” (a calendar) to be added to this feature for more flexibility over the dates.
Headers - Since ISP Reports are used in a lot of processes concerning the Deliverability Team, we would like the Aggregated ISP Reports to use the below mentioned header structure.

Formulae - The Formulas used to calculate the ‘Rate’ show inaccurate results. The below mentioned formulae should be used to calculate the rates:
Delivery rate
- (Total of all received / Total of all sent) * 100
Open rate - (Total of all opens / Total of all received) * 100
Click rate - (Total of all clicks / Total of all received) * 100
Bounce rate - Total of all bounces / Total of all sent) * 100
Complaint rate
- (Total of all complaints / Total of all received) * 100
Possibility to implement this feature in CLOUD & CLOUD1 - The current structure doesn’t let us use the feature of CLOUD & CLOUD1 at all. Implementation of this feature for these clusters would be a really helpful addition for the process.
DELIVERY REPORTS
The below mentioned enhancements are required for the feature ‘Delivery Reports’
Headers - As mentioned above the headers for this report should be the same as the Aggregated ISP Reports, i.e same as the ISP Reports. The headers are mentioned above.
Formulae - The formulae should be the same as mentioned for the Aggregated ISP Reports
