We might look into once we have the MVP version of Commerce ready.

After thoughtful consideration and keeping a pulse on industry trends, it would appear that AMP for Email adoption has stalled industry-wide.

At one time, we were excited in the new technology and the new experiences that it would bring. However, the adoption has stalled, with Microsoft even announcing in 2021 they would drop support for AMP for Email.
