A|B Campaigns – UI Revamp
Working towards our commitment to user experience transformation, the A/B campaign UI pages have been redesigned. As part of this redesign, you’ll find improvements to the A/B Campaign creation flow and the A/B Reports dashboard.
A/B Campaign Creation Flow
The A/B campaign creation flow has been redesigned as per our design current standards. While there are no functional changes, you’ll find the new design to be visually appealing and more user-friendly.
The campaign creation flow consists of two steps – step 1 collects the campaign details and step 2 collects the split group details for the A/B testing. The test email and pre-send calculation functionalities can be found in step 2.

A|B Reports Dashboard
The look and feel of the A/B reports have been improved. The reporting data is now clearly organized and labeled for better readability. The engagement metrics are displayed at the beginning of the report – with the most important metrics available as engagement cards for a quick glance.
This is followed by Overview – containing campaign information, Conversions – containing orders and revenue information, and Details – containing other campaign details, such as contact lists and tags used in the campaign.
