I have multiple contacts in the General Do Not Mail List who received emails months after they were added.
Support said that because we had a Brand associated with the campaign, it didn't matter that they were on the general DNM list, because they were not on the specific Brand DNM.
It would be great if we could add a contact to a single Do Not Mail list in order to remove them from ALL campaigns.
Also, please update your support articles that reference the general do not mail list saying that "Note: When a contact is added to the Do Not Mail list, they will stop receiving all email communications" because that is not the case according to chat support. It is very misleading and has caused us to email customers who did not want communication.
