Currently, when you "End" a journey in the Customer Engagement Journey section of the contact screen, it actually only pauses the journey. This is confusing. There also is no way to truly end a journey (status: Finished) without creating a workaround within the journey.
I would like to be able to have a contact finish a journey with one click, just as I can have them restart or pause a journey with one click. There are many cases where a contact should no longer be receiving emails in a journey. By just pausing the journey, instead of finishing it, using the "suppress journey" function for broadcast emails becomes useless because it suppresses contacts that do not actually need to be suppressed.
