In this release, we are happy to introduce a new feature called 'Process Queue' that will help you keep track of all your ongoing background processes.

Process Queue
Process Queue feature enables you to view a list of all your ongoing processes along with their statuses.
Did you send a campaign or export a contact list and are now curious as to what's happening? You can know the exact status of your process without having to reach out to our support team. Just go to the Process Queue page where you can see all the ongoing background processes such as scheduled campaigns, importing/exporting contact lists, and counting/exporting segments.
You'll find the Process Queue icon (shown as a clock icon) on the top of the application UI.
Click the icon to go to the Process Queue page where you can see all the background processes that are currently running in your account.
On the page, you can see the following details for each ongoing process:
- Name: Indicates the name of the process.
- Description: Indicates the information describing the ongoing process.
- Type: Indicates the process type - Campaign, List, or Segment.
- Enqueued At: Indicates the time at which the process joined the queue.
- Processing Time: Indicates the time since processing started.
- Status: Indicates the status of the process – in queue or processing.
