Cron/Batch Job Descriptions

Add a description to the cron jobs listed under Setup & Tools->All Settings->System Scheduled Tasks While many of them have names which imply what they do (like Abandoned Cart Email). Others don't for example, the Daily Sales batch. i have no idea what part of the sales is being processed, what fields I expect to be updated. It would also help if the description included when this should typically be enabled or not.
