Add an internal name for Marketing Campaignes (Ad Units)

The Ad Unit allows customers to add a headline and text that appears on top of the banner image. However, if a customer does not want a headline to appear, they leave the field blank and then their is no name for the campaign in the list. See attached. This issue also occurs with Ad Banners since they don't have a headline. If we add another field for the campaign name, customers will find it easier to find the campaign when they want to edit it again. To be backward compatible, if the new name field is empty, then use the headline field when displaying on the campaign list page. The Name field should be a required field.
