Ability to refund customers directly from Neto

It is a fairly common occurrence that we need to issue partial refunds, for example if a customer changes their mind or a product is out of stock. It is currently not possible to issue refunds through neto, therefore we have to add an additional step to the process by logging into the third party payment system and doing the refund through there. It adds extra time and makes account keeping more complicated. It would save us time, and streamline the refund and accounting process.
