The ability to see special delivery comments on the bulk order process page.

"With bulk consignments, I cannot see the special delivery comments anywhere and nor can I see the shipping address. If I could, that would allow me to always get it right as I'd have the information I need in front of me. I know that is wishlist stuff, but it would really help me get the orders right for my customers if I could see comments and the address. So, if they don't already hate me over in development, then please ask if they can think of a solution for me somehow."
